Syncing No Working...

I have been using this app for at least 6 months, it use to work great but lately it keeps saying its lost connection and wont sync. Support is very unhelpful and takes days to respond. They blame my internet connection which is the fastest you can get and always worked before with this app. As well all my other devises work great with my connection. The only way to temporarily correct is to uninstall and re install.
PLEASE FIX YOUR APP.
