Application crashes

I have been using this application for the past few years . With the recent update on the application and ios, I can not see any file which is saved on Ipad (after pressing "Ipad" icon in application, the application crashes probably because of a time-out - may be because I have many files in the application). The only way that I can see my file is using "search". Meanwhile, I used to transfer Ipad saved files to Icloud which is not possible any more since I can not see the files! Unfortunately there is no "select option" in "search mode" and therefore I can not copy any file to Icloud or other cloud environments.
