COMPLEX NUMBERS PLEASE

We are now at the end of 2015 and I have yet to see a SPREADSHEET App that handles Complex Numbers on a iPhone or iPad. Sure MS Excel uses COMPLEX Numbers on Desktops and Laptops.
But not on the iPad. It seems that the iPad is more of a low end device with low end Apps, which you can’t get your money back after you purchased it and the description of functions is never up front.
Good thing they’re cheap, so we feel we have not been cheated too much.
