This is a tough Bitter/Sweet review

Today I purchased the Premium version after months of using the Free version. After purchasing and downloading I thought my existing docs (one very important one I was working on), would remain and I would have full use of the cloud sync, etc.

Well, after downloading I couldnt find my file and am sick to have to start all over with creating it. I wrote Tech Support and its 3 DAYS for them to respond. Not good!

Like the app, but having a bad experience. I wish the doc management info was included in the setup/sales info.
